Academy at Old Cockrill!  

Since opening its doors to students in August 2009, 660 students have received their high school diplomas from the Academy at Old Cockrill. (5/21/13)

The Academy at Old Cockrill is located on the west side of Nashville
near Charlotte Pike and White Bridge Road.

The Academy is for students who wish to pursue a high school diploma
in a non-traditional setting.

To be accepted into the Academy you must be 17-21 years of age, in your fourth year of high school (or no longer in school), need 8 or fewer Core course credits for graduation with a Tennessee diploma, and have a strong desire to complete high school as exhibited by no history of truancy and no record of suspension of 10 or more days per school year.
